If the bar is the heart of the space, then the grill kitchen is the soul. We have designated 3 specific culinary directions - carnivore, pescatarian and vegan – which will combine as part of the fabric of the design.
People of all ages and tastes will be drawn to the theatrics of live grilling techniques for all to see, smell and hear. Each patron will be a part of that action. These European iron and brass grills being elevated, spooled and spun will form a seductive design aesthetic hard to ignore.
