Nicholson St project was to meet a number of objectives. The building is site responsive, environmentally responsive and one that raises the bar in terms of future street character and amenity.

Our goal; to create a building that can be enjoyed, and initiates delight. Nicholson St project has met a number of design objectives in order to do so. The need to improve the quality of higher density development in inner suburbs is well known and the City of Moreland has recognised and formalised this in its Higher Design Structure.
